Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating security solutions, and recommending systems tailored to customer needs. You will play a key role in driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of this role are the following:
- Promote the company’s security solutions to new and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend suitable systems.
- Maintain strong client relationships and create new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to the Managing Director.
- Ensure projects align with contract requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on tenders, sales orders, and pricing policies.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure timely payments.
- Participate in promotional and marketing events.
- Implement customer service policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- University degree in Business / Marketing.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role within a large organization.
- Prior experience in customer service.
Additional skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, AutoCAD)
- Database structure knowledge for proprietary software
- Internet capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
